New Installation of Sage CRM with Sage ERP Accpac Merging

Here are some steps that you need to follow in the order as cited:

  • Firstly, run the installation DVD.
  • Choose the software you wish to install
    • If you are setting up from a Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 DVD, choose Sage CRM 200 to install.
    • If you are setting up from a Sage CRM 7.0 DVD, choose Sage CRM for Sage ERP Accpac, and after that Sage CRM 7.0 for Sage ERP Accpac.
  • When the License Agreement window appears, evaluate it carefully.
  • When User Details window appears, enter your name, business name, and license key. It should be the same as entered in Sage software.
  • Choose the database type (by default the Existing Microsoft SQL Server is set).
  • If you filled in a license key that consists of merging with Sage ERP Accpac, the Sage ERP Accpac merging window will open. Choose the version of Sage ERP Accpac that you wish to incorporate with Sage CRM.
    • If you wish to install Sage CRM 7.0, ensure to choose v6.0 or v5.6.

  • Now, the SQL Database Server Login window will appear, verify the servername and user ID, and fill in the password.
  • When Select Setup Type window appears, choose‘Mark No demo data.’

  • If wish to install a mock-up site, choose Mock-up Self Service support site. Click Next.
  • When the Default Currency window appears, choose a currency.

  • Sage CRM installation will start.
  • Click Finish and reboot system

  • When amalgamation module for Sage CRM 7.0 window opens, press next.
  • Now, choose Sage CRM install to combine with Sage ERP Accpac and click next
  • Choose the installation and upgrade options and click next
  • Choose Sage ERP Accpac version or update trajectory
  • When SQL Database Server Sign in information window appears, check server details and user ID, and fill in the password.
  • Sage ERP Accpac Integration installation starts. Press Next
  • When prompted to stop IIS, press Yes.
  • Click Finish and reboot system.
