Steps for Integrate eBay with QuickBooks

Step 1: Go to your QuickBooks account

Step 2: Click the Sales Button, and the Sales Transaction window opens

Step 3: Click the tab that says ‘New Transactions’. Select the option Invoice from the drop-down

Step 4: The invoice screen will open.

Step 5: Choose a customer. Select ‘Due on receipt’ from the Terms drop-down. Add the Invoice date

Step 6: Select an option like ‘Sales’ from the Product and Services drop-down

Step 9: Click Save and Continue on the bottom- right side of the window.

Step 11: Hit Save and Continue at the bottom right of the window. It will receive the payment and then it will go into the paid section of the Dashboard.
